Your straight draw may already be a lost cause as BB might already have the flush, so I would just call here and play it a bit cautiously if the straight hits.

I think calling is the worst option.

I would push. I think your fold equity along with your outs makes this a good push.

Also, if you are unsure about playing this fast, it might not be a spot for a CB. It is more than likely this flop hit his hand somehow.

I push. You got a draw to the nut flush which might not get another dime out of villian if it hits on the turn. You've also got overs and the gutshot as ways to get there, which if they hit may also shut villian down. Get it in now, you're in decent shape almost always.
