Default A troubling e-mail from PokerStars

I was always lucky enough to not use neteller and echecks had always worked fine for me. I have to go through my banking records now to check this but even if this is on the level I don't feel very good that p* could just lose track of my money like this.

Hello XXXXX,

It appears from additional information received from our eCheck processors,
that contrary to their original notification your eCheck account was
actually credited in respect of the cashout you made from your PokerStars
account at the time they pulled out from the US market just over two weeks
ago.

As you will recall, based on their original information that the
transaction had in fact failed we re-credited your PokerStars account.

It was reported to us that your cashout for $xxxx.xx (transaction
#xxxxxxxxx) was not successfully processed to your bank account. We then
credited this amount back to your PokerStars account balance.

This in effect means that you received the amount twice and that your
PokerStars account therefore owes $xxxx.xx at this time.

We would appreciate your efforts in making early settlement of the
outstanding amount, hopefully the additional funds sent to you in error are
still available.

If we don't hear from you within 5 days, where possible we will retrieve
these funds directly from your PokerStars account balance.

If you are likely to experience any problems in settling this issue please
contact us as soon as possible.

Thank you very much for your understanding and please accept our apologies
for any inconvenience this may cause.

If you have any questions, please let me know.

Best regards,

Dalia

I fit hit your bank account, no problem. Let 'em have the $$ back right from your account.

If it didn't hit your bank account, time to start sending PokerStars support some of your bank statements.
