Default AA line check/river?

Villain is 38/14/1.06 over a smallish 55 hands. Street by street aggression is 1.0/.67/5 he's got 48% went to showdown

Street by street fold to bet is 9.09/3.64/1.82

Getting ~4:1 this is Tx or a worse overpair often enough to call profitably right? How is my line and my betsizing?

You are probably toast, but with these odds you cant lay it down, and in my opinion its not close.

Played fine all the way if you called.

This looks like a poorly played 89, or maybe diamonds that are afraid you will fold, or a ten making a ridic blocking bet, a smaller overpair hoping to seem like a bluff and get looked up, or even a bluff w/56 or the like. I think you have a slim call; I think you win this in the range of 20-25% of the time, which is about breakeven but when in doubt I like to call.

As said before your bet sizing is good to this point.

What is his call%/raise%/fold % on the flop?

We're toast by the river but got to look him up.
