Are you saying your the villain? Think about it, because your the LAG in that hand, your loose and aggressive.

Villain's post 2nd round raise is not ridiculously out of line. Raising with your hand on the first draw is very loose, and VERY aggressive. You know your opponent is a slight favorite to win right? This hand should be mucked ASAP.

Fold predraw and fold when he raises you. Oh if I somehow was forced to 3 bet predraw I'd probably toss the 9.

Thanks guys....I had a feeling my foot was a bit heavy on the proverbial pedal.

These guys were just so bad that I got away from my gameplan and tried to force the action.

I don't think you got my cheeky comment, I was joking. I was trying to say that your really the villain in the hand; you shouldn't have been the hero because your the one who played the LAG role. You were loose because you called down, and agressive because you put a lot of bets into the pot with a hand that is dominated slightly more than 50% of the time.

Its ok, we all make silly mistakes like this at one time or another, thats how we learn!
