Woah. I hope the tone of my post didn't imply that I was willing to entertain that idea either.

The question is what makes more money:

1) 3-bet flop
2) c/c turn -> lead river
3) c/raise turn ( personally anything other than a cr-push seems silly)
4) lead turn
