I was also having problems with AP on sunday night (4/1) during the 60k guarantee -- The problems were around 7pm - 10pm CST. Constant disconnects and very long lags if connected at all. My general internet and pokerstars were all working during this time. I couldn't really finish the tourney and played only maybe 20 full hands in 2hrs (unfortunatly I was up to about 13k in the first few orbits and couldn't really play).
AP is basically blamming it on me -- can anyone provide any details on when you were down, and what was happening? Has AP done anything for you to make up for it?
