preflop is fine....make it 250-300 OOP
Flop is fine
Turn Check is ok
River bet is bad because you'll never get credit for a hand after checking turn.

I'd either double barrel or C-bet and c turn, c river

[/ QUOTE ]

why would you double barrel a 70/0 calling station?

No, you think a 70/0 generally NEEDS a pair on the flop to continue?

Am I the only one checking AQo here? As played, the cbet is fine, check it down vs this villain. Against a reg I may bet turn, but checking turn and betting river is a transparent 'missed' line.

no, i check AQ here all the time but its fine to raise and its not really the OP's question so it didnt seem relevant. Some may say that you want to check because the 70/0 will call anything but thats not necessarily a bad thing so yeah, pf isnt so interesting to me.

those are his display stats on the monitor from the pokertracker program. those stats represent villains volume of $ put in pot (or VPIP), which is 70% meaning hes playing 70% of his hands voluntarily. the 0 is his preflop raise % (pfr), meaning he basically hasnt yet raised before the flop.

i really dislike raising AQ from the bb in this spot. take the free flop, you can still stack this guy if you hit the flop.

as played, it is a good flop for a c-bet. i check behind on turn as well. i could see this clown showing up with all sorts of stuff so i think i just check river and would not expect him to bet. although i think you are ahead here a lot i don't think the bet does much as he will fold worse and call better.
