if the 39s are playing as ridiculously as when i used to play them, get it in...if there are more sane players and im playing well i think id just dump this.

weird.
I'd fire up sharkscope and check if he is a fish and then stick it in or run away. reraising on that flop is either a big draw or an overpair, but i could only see him calling pf with 99 as an overpair. If it is not a big draw i think it is a set - this only fits if the player is sane! Some might do this with 55 or 77... |

This is pretty read dependent. Lots of weak players will be willing to get all in here with top pair, not even necessarily TPTK. A set is always possible, an overpair probably would have reraised pf. I think I probably fold, but it's a tricky spot.
