This is vague, but it doesn't intrinsically matter that you were just 3-bet. If what you're trying to say is that this opponent may have exploitable tendencies after 3-betting (e.g., c-bets too much), then yeah you can come up with a more exploitive strategy. But if he's tough (close to optimal) here, then your only recourse is to mimic optimality yourself.

dont be afraid to four bet some of those hands once in awhile adds alot of deception to your game. four betting defines your hand to your opponent if the villain still is raising you after you four bet he will have you in bad shape more often than not.
