Default NL25 TT Overpair vs a rediculous overbet

I joined the table as the BB last orbit so Ive only seen 8 hands here. Also, I have been setting up my tables so havent been paying attention - I have no read. What should my standard line be here?

MP2 ($9.75)
CO ($24.25)
Button ($18.80)
SB ($70.50)
BB ($30.25)
Hero ($24.40)
UTG+1 ($25.50)
MP1 ($26.50)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with T, T.
Hero calls $0.25, [color=#666666]6 folds</font>, BB checks.

Flop: ($0.60) 3, 2, 8 [color=#0000FF](2 players)</font>
[color=#CC3333]BB bets $3.75</font>, Hero folds.

Ok, but when I do pay attention and see villain fold all 8 hands its not exactly informative is it?

Also as I said in the OP this only happened because I had just started a session.

ok so think this one out to the best of your ability. He checked his option out of the BB so you can almost certainly rule out a pair higher than 10's. the flop came 823, and in an unraised pot theres a very very slim chance he's leading out with such a monstrous bet with a hand that crushes you like a set or 23. You're most likely dealing with maybe 99, maybe a straight draw, maybe a flush draw, hopefully A8.

I play tournaments mainly so limping with TT UTG is standard - but why is raising TT UTG +EV?

Most flops will have an overcard - so after the flop I only get called by hands that beat me.

Limping 1010 UTG is not standard in Tournaments at any point unless it is the first or maybe second level.

Which is the closest resemblence to a cash game. Obviously Im not suggesting limping UTG at level 4.
