Default 25NL Ahigh river call?

Villan is 36.3/15.0/1.20 ~80 hands. No history thus far.

Something to consider is that he timed down heaps on each street before he acted in what felt like a deliberate way, does anyone else put stock into these timing tells?

Fold river. The only draw he could have on the flop is T9, and he will more often have mid pps, a weak J or stuff like 78s here. Basically you only beat a bluff, and there's not many hands he'd call the flop with that would be bluffs by the river. Unless you have a read that he floats oop weirdly, just fold and move on.

Two limpers + dude has a big stack so i want to build a big pot with a hand i'm sure is beating his.

Usually i'd make it ~$1.50 here, but i just felt like opening bigger and trying to play a pot IP V another weaker big stack.

I don't put much stock in timing tells unless if it's really out of character for someone. Except for if a fish takes forever and then raises, usually that's a monster.

Here I raise less pf ($1.5, 4x BB +1BB for each limper). And I fold the river, there's only one real draw out there and he could easily have an 8, jack, pocket pair.

But hey, Kenny Tran would call

MY feeling was if he had a hand like 78s he'd act a lot quicker on all streets, the way the table had been playing I think he leads a J on the flop.

Plus hes betting 4.75 into $10+ so im getting a solid 3:1 on my money.

him taking a long time shouldn't lean you towards calling with a hand you normally wouldn't. generally people don't think for a long time before bluffing. not that it should be that big of a deal either way.
