Default 0.50-1.00....AT....call on a A234 turn?

PokerStars 0.50/1.00 Hold'em (10 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

Preflop: Hero is BB with A, T.
1 fold</font>, UTG+1 calls, 2 folds</font>, MP2 calls, 3 folds</font>, SB completes, Hero checks.

Flop: (4 SB) 3, 2, 4 (4 players)</font>
SB checks, Hero checks, UTG+1 checks, MP2 checks.

Turn: (2 BB) A (4 players)</font>
SB bets</font>, Hero calls, UTG+1 folds, MP2 folds.

River: (4 BB) 2 (2 players)</font>
SB checks, Hero checks.

Final Pot: 4 BB

All I know is that Villain is 'semiloose agressive agressive'. So he might be bluffing (all players are tight except for him), or he can have an ace.

Should I just call the turn here? What would you do?

1. your hand conversion is getting better...now you just gotta select 2+2 option in FTR converter because well converted hands get more responses.
2. 0.5/1 = perfect limit for microstakes

Don't raise preflop, that was a good check.

Bet the river!

Preflop: Raising is probably a little -EV. Checking is very standard.

Flop: good

Turn: I probably just let this go because the pot is tiny and there are two active players behind you.

River: Bet for value.

Wait, why is raising AT out of the BB with 2 limpers bad?

When did the common wisdom change on this?

It never changed. I believe even AJo is slightly -EV; opinions are different on that one. AQo is a clear raise. Maybe you're confused with ATs.

I think a lot of this has to do with assumed skill level of your typical opponents; if the limpers are bad I think you raise both AJo and ATo and it's not close. And before someone thinks I just blindly raise these hands because "OMG it's a big ace", I've been telling the small stakes forums for over a year that it's ok to limp (sometimes even as an openlimp) with these hands.
