Default 25nl, AA oop 180bbs deep V Fish

Villan is 59/9/.54 over ~75 hands. Has been leading weak into lots of pots and just generally playing pretty badly, sucked out on a few people to build up that stack.

Party Poker - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.10/$0.25 Blinds - 6 Players - (LegoPoker Hand History Converter)

SB: $26.13
Hero (BB): $38.48
UTG: $57.00
MP: $4.59
CO: $24.15
BTN: $54.15

Preflop: Hero is dealt A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (6 Players)
UTG calls $0.25, 2 folds, BTN raises to $1.18, SB folds, Hero raises to $4.00, UTG folds, BTN calls $2.82

Flop: ($8.35) J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 2[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 Players)
Hero bets $6.00, BTN raises to $12.00, Hero calls $6.00

Turn: ($32.35) 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 Players)
Hero checks, BTN bets $15.25, Hero raises all-in to $22.48, BTN calls $7.23

River: ($77.31) K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 Players - 1 All-In)

Pot Size: $77.31 ($3 Rake)

I wasn't too worried about the flop min raise, usually i'm much more worried about that on the turn, but generally thats when I'm IP so i wasn't 100% sure what to make of it.

I think PF i should make it ~$7 given the stack sizes, but once the flop hits I feel like this hand kind of plays it self. Playing these kinds of hands OOP is tricky because I hate folding these kinds of hands V a crappy fish but it's tricky when the stacks start getting deep and im stuck OOP.

Does any one play any differant? I hate just folding the turn, openshoving is pretty bad so the check/>min raise all in seems like the best move since I cant really fold any river card.

I think this is fine. Sometimes you'll get shown a set, but you're ahead often enough. His low AF is a concern, but it's not over that many hands, and it sounds like his play has been all over the place anyway.

I agree make it more pf as you're deep and oop

You've pretty much got to felt it, I don't think it makes that much difference whether you 3-bet flop, call/shove turn or call/check-raise turn

I think there is a balancing act PF. You don't want to blow him off his hand but you don't want it to be an easy call either.

I like a 3b to $6.

I don't know...$7 pf just makes him fold I think. And that's not what you want.

The thing is i still think i get called if i make it 6/7$ and then he's making a big mistake with any PP and forcing him to put in a lot of money with ATC.

I was actually getting railed by my friend whos a big midstakes winner and he thought the line was fine, I just wanted to see what other Micro people thought of it.

I pretty much play it the same no matter what.

Excuse my ignorance, I'm new here. What does 59/9/0.54 mean?

I really wouldn't 3-bet to more than $5 or $5.50 here. Making a 2x pot reraise doesn't seem particularly different to me than opening for 6xBB. And by that I mean that it's fine to do that when we have AA, but not optimal with our other hands we could be 3-betting here.

VPIP/PFR/AF. They're PokerTracker stats. There's probably something about it in the sticky.

I 3bet all in on the flop. If hes got a jack, hes going to call of his stack. No need to slow down against uber fish.
