Default NL50: Pay him off on the river?

Solid player from my stats, 1st hand played vs him.

Do anything differently throughout the hand. What about river call?

Could be a worse two pair.
Could be 88/77 but pretty terrible line if you ask me.
Could be a float with JT, but why he would cr river is beyond me.
Tough to put him on a hand, which often means he is bluffing.
I say call.

Hmm, interesting hand. I'd bet a lot on the turn, like $8-10, mainly because of the flush draw out there. If the hand ends there, that's fine with me. On the river then.. Well, I'm sure I'd be tempted to call, and might just do it, saying to myself "I'm beat but I want to see", but I don't think that'd be wise. What concerns me is the fact that he is solid player. Against a loose-agro/maniac type of player I'd probably instapush the river. The villain could very well have 77-88, JT by the way hes played, and I'd be beaten. Best possible situation I can come up with is that he has KQ.

Never give free card here on the turn. your hand needs to be protected from the SD and FD. 910 is a possibilty so you gave him a free look at the river. As played, getting 3to1 against a possible lower 2 pair,im calling.(ill say hes on 78or A8)

I'd bet 7-8 on turn. As played I call river.
