shove? does your answer change if action was the same except he limpcalled preflop? i think i like it more if he limpcalled a lot. given action i dont like shove so much despite his betsizing tell

What are we repping? Looks like we are repping a missed flush draw, but it also looks like thats part of his range, along with mediumish pairs.

im around 21/17 playing about 8 tables, he seems like a 2/4 reg type ie a bit taggish, not retarded, fairly mediocre.

i generally dont seem out of line ever

if hes decent he should know that he should c/c this river with okish hands and cr with his good ones. I think his range is pretty polarised if he's a tag, not sure why he'd bet a pp here unless it's really small. Either diamonds or a 3/88/99

I assumed he was a donk because of that mr oop

we're repping a turned flush draw that hit on the river or a rivered boat or maybe 8's full that got funky

agred with soldier that if he is solid then he will cc the river with a fair amount of his range on this river (A high, 44-77).

given he's called the flop, got to be a low flush draw or 88,99 QQ+ that was looking for a turn c-r.

if im going to be making a move on this hand i'd rather float flop, make a decent bet/raise on turn then another decent bet on river. don't think your big raise then check behind on turn reps anything strong, so bluffing here could be hard. having said that, i believe he is either ultra weak or too strong, so whether he believes it or not doesnt matter, as he'll be playing his cards to a river raise, not his read as he won't have a marginal decision.

i don't understand this. why "should" he cr the river with a good hand? why do you think him betting a small pocket pair on the river is logical?

i also agree it's very hard to represent anything other than a bd flush. even 98 probably just calls this river. a 3 probably bets the turn. i really don't like bluffing here.

i dont think betting a small pp is good I was just responding to a reply that said his range could include pps, but can kinda see why he would bet a small pp (trying to bluff out a higher pp). But betting a larger pp just seems even dumber.

there aren't many bluff catchers in dans range, so he's either got a vb hand or a bluffing hand. So checking the river is good.
