Default Vote.com - related to recent bill that passed house

On another forum I came across a link to vote.com to vote on the question:

Was The House Right To Pass A Bill Banning Credit Cards From Paying For Internet Gambling?

After voting and registering I got the following email which has a link below.

Right now 66% of voters in this poll support the bill, so though I would pass the info on to some poker player. I thought it was cool that they email the proper congressman, kind of not cool with 66% voting yes.
