Default 67s in CO

I have a difficult time with these types of Rivers.. I think I should not be afraid of the flop but the river card.. Maybe I should check/fold or check call.

Thanks for your input.

Fold preflop.

Call the river raise if you have no read.

I see what you mean .. about folding preflop.. with a couple more limpers then I guess it would have been a call and made my later decisions easier to make.

It makes sense that the call probably won't pay off enough.

You need more callers for this implied hand to pay off. As played it seems your opponents are to passive to try a c/r for protection. Considering you saw the flop I think you did the best you could given the action.

fold preflop

as played either b/f river, or check it down. b/c is terrible

I'd fold this guy preflop.

As played, I'd call the river.

b/c > check. missing the value bet is catastrophic. calling the raise is slightly bad but the cashmoney u lose calling a c/r is more than offset by the money u win by getting called by 22/A5/whatever.

also i play this preflop almost always

This is actually my favourite hand, still I fold it preflop. I lately came to play SCs only with 2 people already in before me and from LP. On the river I check behind, and I don't call the checkraise if the opponent is not a complete moron.
