Fold. And I disagree with you, djk, folding 44 here is fine too. Raising it is straight up bad and open shoving, though marginally +EV, is ridiculously high variance and something we should avoid. It's taken me a looooong time to realize this.

You might get a ban warning from a mod for posting advice to pass up a +cEV spot to preserve your tournament life on this forum.

snap fold. and I don't think it's an unexploitable shove at all, unless my instincts are wildly off on this one. you guys sure you did it with a bunch of diff call ranges?

[/ QUOTE ]
Played with calling ranges for remaining 4 from 10% --> 100%, I think min +EV was 0.5%.

Argh, [censored] me. Had BB set wrong. No, it's not unexploitable.

I just ran some numbers with SNGPT, shoving is either very slightly -cEV or very slightly +cEV throughout some reasonable calling ranges, it's extremely marginal.

sigh, yes, sure, whatever

but then there are situations depending on structure, field size, field strength, etc, etc.

so say it depends if you're going to go with that argument.

Shoving is neutral EV if people are calling anything wider is -EV.
88+,AQo+,ATs.
I might raise fold at a tight table.

2. think i'm a winning player at it
3. turns out it's actually rigged
4. pisses me off to no end

The shove isnt even close to unexploitable. I'd open fold 44 too, also not even close to being unexploitable.
