Meh, the html tag stuff comes in handy if we want to get fancy with our stickies (like the neteller news sticky that haven made back in the day). Other than that, being able to make a marquee gets old pretty fast.

I disagree. If we had the powers to make marquees and blinking stuff, trust me it would get old fast. Since we do not have those powers we have yet to become bored by them. Vbulletin should let us play around with stuff like that IMO.
