It seems to me, that in order to be a big winner on Stars Full Ring Cash NL games, you need not to only play big hands, but also to steal "free" pots. What are the general rules of doing that?

I usually steal from late positions, open raising, or when only one person limped from late positions. What are other options for stealing?
