Default Re: Call river bet with second pair?

If one flops two pair with 67 and thinks opponent may have AK with top pair, then why on Earth would anyone consider slow playing? This is an outstanding opportunity to extract chips.

[ QUOTE ]

If Hero calls and shows the T8 and I as his opponent see this, whether win or lose, then I'm going to be unmercifully aggressive against Hero from here on out.

i dont see why this is a problem or a reason to not call

It is a problem because it tells me that opponent knows very little about how to really use position. Anyone who can read a book knows that you can and should raise with almost any 2 from the button in 3-handed NLT. But it's only the tougher players who can continue to shoot bullets as if they are holding the nuts. So showing me the weak hand after playing like that tells me a great deal, definitely more information than I would want to give up were I in that spot.
