Default Am I just wasting time by thinking at 100NL?

Villain is a solid reg, 20/18/3 over 500 hands. He will always 3 bet AJ+/JJ/AA from the blinds. His flop aggression is 30! Yes, thirty, because he leads nearly every flop he's in. I consider turn and river to be near blanks. The only real had I can put him on is A7s, right?

I hope you have a solid read here. This looks like spew city if you asked me. If I'm not folding the flop, I'm definitely tossing it on the turn.

Forgot to add: he folds SB to a steal 88% of the time, most likely cutting out things like A7s. My read is that he'll lead EVERY flop he's in, and keep firing most hands. Flop bet means nothing, turn+river bet could just be a continuation.

Trust me, this is NOT something I do often. But I can't put him on a hand!

you have the lead and position. And considering what u know about villan im going to raise this flop to about 30. Instead of having to call two anticipated huge bets and possibly an al in on the river, im gonna find out where i am right now.

is it hard to believe he has a set here, or at least something better than top pair no kicker? you say he's solid but solid players never fire three streets like this into the PFR on a drawless board without a hand.

This is something that is profitable against a maniac. I wouldn't call anyone down for stacks in a multiway pot with A6 unless they were a maniac. If he is doing this enough with air for a call-down to be profitable, then he is a maniac and I don't really think that's debatable. If he's good, then it certainly COULD be air, but we have to assume that it is a made hand enough of the time for calling down with any ace to be -EV for you...otherwise he wouldn't be doing it, because he can't be all that shocked that you would call him down since he's leading every flop. Right?

Change my hand to AK, AJ. Does my kicker really matter? I've hit this position before against him and laid down on the flop/turn - in other sessions and small pots so it isn't really 'history'.

I called the turn bet fully intending to cf river... then the 7 paired and the most logical holding for him became very rare.

He shows 77 and I feel like a tool.
