Default possible sb steal

Hey folks, this is my first post but have been reading the forum for some time. Sorry no HH bu i will on my next post.

24+2 17k gaurantee, bubble burst last hand, blinds:300/600 w/ some random ante.

SB: villian 8300 chips(no sufficient reads)
BB: Hero 5400(As,Ts)

Folds down to SB who makes it 2k to go, I think people tend to play that spot pretty light with the modest chip stack shortly after the bubble broke. Reraise all in correct? Got some fold equity and a hand that dominates much of his range is my thoughts.

Any thoughts welcome, Ned da stampede

If you shove pot is like 8k and he has to pay 3,4k more. You don't have much fold equity. You are shoving for value though. ATs is nuts here. The fact that the bubble burst last hand makes it even easier, even though it would always be a shove even at the bubble.(Or even more at the bubble as he could resteal VERY light.)
