What are the chances FTP responds in time?
So I e-mailed FTP on Friday requesting they use my Iron Man 200+16 free tourney entry on the 500k Sunday. Haven't heard back from them yet. Seems like Full Tilt's usually horrid support is backed up even more with the recent server problems. What do you think are the chances they act before the tournament starts in 16 hours? I'll keep you posted.

Re: What are the chances FTP responds in time?
Very unlikely. They seem to take, on average, two days to respond to regular e-mails.

Well, there's less than two hours to go and they haven't responded yet. You let them know Friday and they can't put you in by Sunday. GG Full Tilt support.

Re: What are the chances FTP responds in time?
Maybe they should make it so you sign up for the tournament with real money and then they reimburse you. Sure, it would take a month to get the $216 back but I'm fine with that. It's better odds than hoping they'll respond to your request in two days.

Re: What are the chances FTP responds in time?
Ten minutes remaining, Full Tilt. Will you pull through at the buzzer? You're just trying to make it dramatic, right?
