It's funny how everyone is trying to talk themselves out of this being true since they're just so mad at themselves for reading it in the first place. I went through that phase at first. I still can't wait to see the episode and I don't really think it 'ruined' anything for me. Spoilers and insider info FTW.

FYI this guy's prediction was made on topix and numerous other websites. The same story about On Demand and exactly the same writing. However, topix had this prediction 2 days ago. Who knows if it is true but I would not take this guy at his word.

More of a reason for him to get involved. Since he does not work on the organized crime task force he does not have conflict of interest.

He followed Tony for so long that he developed a "relationship" with Tony.

Also, I believe once agents develop contacts, sources, informants etc. they tend to be the ones that stick to them. Pretty sure this is SOP. Plus the sources will only tend to trust the person that recruited them.

As someone has already posted, there is no way to make money off of this. Once he puts up the cash with a mod it is 100% that he is not bluffing.

this reminds me of when tool's 10,000 days album leaked, and nobody believed it was the real thing.

like everyone else i wish i hadn't read it (thankfully i just skimmed it quickly so the details aren't entirely clear to me), but i do think i believe it. however i am just skeptical enough to make me no less giddy to watch it.

If you actually want to bet then tell sam how much you want to bet and go from there. I seriously doubt he wants to just transfer 10k in hopes of getting a bet. If you want to bet him your 100 vs his 10k then find out who the person is that you mutually agree to hold the cash. Send it and then you'll either get your bet or find out if he's full of it.

The only way I'd bet him is if he was giving me 10,000 - 1 odds. Not that I don't believe him. Just that if he made that bet with me I'd be praying the one he saw was a bluff by Chase and the real one gets out the day of the showing.
