Default Comfort of long sessions

Don't know if this is the right place to post this but anywho.

I find even the 2 hour sessions playing poker(online) are uncomfortable physically.

I have a very nice leather chair I spent a few hundred on. Still after a few hours my neck or back hurts. I have to keep switching positions.

I am considering dropping a grand and buying a sweet lazy boy recliner, but I don't' know if this will fit under my computer desk or if it's suited well.

So if any of you have a lazy boy setup, or could recommend any other good solutions you have come across please feel free to post.
