Getting (Re-)started in Limit Hold'em

My limit Hold'em game was never great to begin with, but for most small stakes game, it was +EV. Anyway, I've been playing lots of limit Omaha 8/b and NL HE to feed my bankroll. However, I've probably played around 20 hands of limit hold'em in the past 6 months. What's a good list of books (in order) to read? I already have TOP, HEPFAP, SSHE and SS 1/2. I don't even think I can sit down at a 2/4 game without making some horrendous mistakes.

You already got most of the great books. Reread SSH first.

You may want to get How good is your Limit Holdem by B. Jacobs, King Yao´s Weighing the odds and Real Poker II by Roy Cooke.

You should read Hilger's Internet Texas Holdem first, to practice with the sheer number of hand examples. That's a no brainer. After that, get into deeper thinking into some specific hands with Jacobs' book and Cooke's book. Far fewer hands, but deeper analysis into each one.
