Thank you for the documents. Your account has now be moved to a watch
list, if any further transactions like the ones that have happened in
the past few days (US P2P for the benefit of you making $) your account
will be closed permanently.

[/ QUOTE ]

So, they're saying this is okay as long as you're doing it for free? How the hell do they know if you're doing it for profit or not?

edit - I was fortunate enough to have someone help me out for free, so if my account is locked, we can be 100% sure this reason is BS.

The email madmatt posted seems to indictate they were mad people were making money off of this
If you depsoit the whole ammount that you receive onto pokerstars and then transfer the proper ammount (less fees) it would probably be aloowed as it doesnt look like you're making any money

so as it turns out there was no real risk that accoutns would be permanently closed and funds seized despite what metetron and others alleged in their quite transparent attempt to incite fear and drive prices up?

cue victor is right gimmick.

I see what you are saying and I think Metetron's 12.5% was a bit high, but you are getting ridiculous here.
We JUST FOUND OUT that accounts are being re-opened rather easily. Nobody knew what was going to happen when the % was way up last night.

Okay, back for a short while, maybe on 30 minutes or a bit more.

Full Tilt: Unlimited transfers being done. 5% flat fee.
Absolute Poker: Unlimited transfers being done. 5% flat fee.

Plenty of references here.

people transferring for US players with the intent of making money. Perhaps the extra percentage has something to do with it?

[/ QUOTE ]

My account was closed even though I was operating at breakeven profit margins.

p.s. Thanks for chipping in in the scammer thread Tuco.

p.p.s. Green Devil, where are your pics?
