Default rivered top two, but what to do?

no reads. ive been thinking about this river and i dont like any of my options. i dont think he is going to bet a worse hand if i check, i also dont think i can check/fold. if i bet, i dont think many worse hands are going to call. if i get raised on the river, ill be getting ~5-to-1 odds to call. i think my best option is to use a blocking bet and fold to a raise... anyone agree?

With < 200 behind how much is a bet fold saving over a check call on average?

I'd rather risk the check call to get the showdown, there is some value against 78, QsJx and you often see handcuff bets that are the same price as a blocking bet.

I like ~$125 and fold to raise, with no information this is tough.

I think a good player would raise the turn with a flush, and just call with pair and flush/and straight draw or 2 pair type hand, that might pay off on river. I guess we really don't know if this player is any good at all.
