Depends on reads I think. If Villain is a calling station shove all the time. You can c/c, if villain is very aggro and will bluff his missed draws a lot you can get nice value that way. Seems unlikely he'd bluff given the strength you've shown so far though.

He was a typical donk in that he bet all of his strong hands very weakly, and a little bit of a calling station. So with that read a c/c would have been better because he would probably bet small. Right?

fold preflop, you are killing your winrate by playing these [censored] hands out of position. Every time I think 'pot odds' in the small blind I ask myself if I would pay 1/2 a bb to play my hand in position (obviously I would), and then I ask myself if I would play this hand on the button. If it isn't at least good enough to play from the btn, I fold.

Agreed. I don't really see any hand that villain has that beats you other than JT possibility. I think JT - AJ could be a good range of hands hes playing, seeing as how his line was. As far as hands beating you, no draws or flushes were completed so I don't really think you have much to worry about.
