I am 80% sure he is drawing with a high spade. But would he pay me of with an AsTx type of hand?

Sure any T gives you some but most likely a missed flush, make a small valubet and hope T calls.

He has bad stats so he might pay you off with his top pair of tens but I am happy just getting two streets here wiht a three flush paired board. I need a better read on the player to go for three streets here.

Hes playing the hand way too passively to have any hand that has you beat. Small value bet would be great here. Hes most likely holding onto Tx or a high spade like you said.

I guess a value bet of $4 would be cool here. Although sometimes in this situation I might bet a little more. Say $10, just because the standard value bet screams "I got you beat, but I want just a little bit more money". Where the $10 bet might seem like your buying the pot, in which case you make a little bit more money vs. his TPTK.

I'd bet $7 on the river (and fold to a push) unless I think I have a really tight image. I'm not sure you can really be 80% certain he's drawing to a high spade, though it is surely a big part of his range.
