UTG checks, Hero bets $3, UTG calls $3

River: ($9.25) 4[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 Players)
UTG checks, Hero checks

Ok I realize villian only has a little bit left, but regardless of stack size( say he had like 50bb more) would a check be the best move? Or I probably should bet it since he might call with just about any pp.... Vil was fairly tight

How were my bet sizes etc?

Looks fine, I shove river, you'll get looked up a lot with inferior hands here.

Villain's got less than 1/2 PSB left and will likely call with any PP or possbly even a 9/4.

What are you afraid of? there are only three hands that beat you (an A, KK and QQ) and all of them are pretty unlikely given his actions so far. He's got $3.36 left, so you could aswell try and get this also. this looks like the player who will call any lower FH here. Note that even if he hit a set on the Flop it got counterfeited when the turn brought the third A.

Clearly a shove for me.
