I emailed the publisher last week and they had absolutely no idea when or if it will come out.

Yeah I doubt this book will ever happen, at least not any time soon. Daniel has been promoting pokervt.com which looks pretty cool from the trailer

I would like him to compile a book of his genius wisdom from the chat box on Stars! He has been spewing lots of wisdom there!

2929 seems like a fair estimate for his book. Take your time, don't rush, no need to risk a case of Carpel Tunnel just to write a book.
