[ QUOTE ]

But wull they do this at the end of the year? That is the question.
If I have 740k on Dec 31 are they going to let me start working it off early?

[/ QUOTE ]

support said No. Has to be reached before the new year.

Right. This makes sense.
When you have plenty of time left in the year they'll sometimes grant it to you a little favor just to be nice and because they can see you'll obviously get it.

But at the end of the year you do have to get to the actual number apparently.

I guess I was previously thinking that I would probably get it granted at 735k or something and then would get the money at 770k.

Like someone said on previous post...

i hope that stars changes the freeroll-system for SN players, because for europeans the freerolls take place at 8 pm.
saturday 8 pm is the only time in the week that i DONT want to spend playing online poker.

the alternatives i would really like:
-less freerolls, but bigger pricepool
-no freerolls but SM tickets once in a while
-no freerolls but $T
-no freerolls but free $100 for each 10K VPPīs/month

Question from a non VIP baller:

Stars used to have these 5400 fpp sng's where the top 4 finishers would win approximately ~$220 into one of the weekend tournaments. This was one of my favorite ways (read: most efficient) of using my FPP's. Anyone know what happened to these, cannot find them anymore?

The last Sunday of the month it is not a $215 buy-in.
It is usually a $530 buy-in instead.

So after this Sunday's event I expect the 5400 FPP sat's to the $215 buy-in will return. This is what as happened every previous month I believe. They suspend the qualifiers for the $215's when they don't have one immediately coming up so they can replace them with qualifiers to the $530.

It appears that the $50k VIP freeroll might be continuing into the next year.

As of right now, the tournament lobby shows the 50k slated for January 5th.

What's slightly depressing is the prizepool didn't increase with the increase in the number of Supernovas and other VIP members that are playing the tournament.

The beginning of the year typically had 700-800 players in this tournament. Now we are seeing fields of close to 1200.

Of course, it's still possible that there will be some sort of change and the tournament they have listed will either get changed or drop off I guess.

What are your thoughts on this?
