play pound site if it bothers you that much

i played the pound sites and lost money due to the pound losing massively last year to the dollar but still made plenty.

In short stop bitching keep less money online while the dollar is falling if it starts rebounding stop caring again.

The best idea i saw was to make withdraws to US bank (mostlikely online and make 5%) and wait for the dollar to come back.

If it never does enjoy the fact that you can drive to US and spend your money for not 70c per dollar

Who really cares? I think more non-Americans have moved up in stakes because of it. It all works out the same. Plus if you're having a bad day you've lost less money. If you don't like it, play higher. Simple fix.

Just play on B2B sites. They are all in Euro.

Best thing to do is become a losing player. Then when you reload you get a lot more dollars and you will be happy. Repeat as necessary.

Being from Canada, I've luckily only got ~$1000 USD online, but for me to lose 10% in 1-2 weeks is redic. That's like 2 buyins out of thin air - worse than a bad beat IMO.

I also do some contract work online for people in Europe who up until now have been paying me in USD. Essentially I've lost 20%+ off my rates due to this in the past year. What's my play here? We are month to month so I should be able to change it up with them. Ask them to pay me the same dollar figure in CND or bump my USD rate up 20-25%?

They are obviously benefiting if I don't adjust my rate because they will get the work done 20% cheaper as the Euro vs CND is basically unchanged and I take a 20% pay cut.

If this low USD is really long term I would think switching to CND is +EV because if they go and do something stupid like invade Iran I would expect my monies to be dwindling even further.

I'm also trying to figure out if it's better to cash out now at 1.07-exchange or try to wait it out for parity. I'm worried that it'll do something crazy like drop to 1.15-1.20???

Are you stupid? It's not the same at all. You do realize that players get better the higher you move up right? And yes, if I have a losing day I'll be losing less money, but guess what? If I have a winning day I'll be winning less money zomg.

Also, thanks for the heads up that the USD should even out with the CAD fairly soon. I have plenty of CAD for now so I'll hold on to my USD and hope you guys are right.
