I read it. I was very exited about it based on Hilger's prevous book which I really liked. However, I found it to be fairly dry. I was very dissapointed.

I liked it. It contains a lot of info that is somewhat common knowledge but expands on it. IMO if the $20 isn't to much out of you bankroll its a must read to help fix some psychological leaks.

I'm about 2/3 of the way through it and surprisingly, I like it. I say surprisingly, because I didn't think I'd be all that interested in a psychology book (esp. after reading POP).

For the less experienced player, it presents the right way to view their wins and losses. For the experienced, it provides a lot of great reminders as to the inherent randomness of the game.

Thus far, I've enjoyed the first 1/3 better than the second 1/3 though.

At any rate, it gets a recommendation from me and I'm not even finished with it yet.

Dr AL interviewed the authors on his Internet radio show last night. the co-author is British, Ian something or another, phoned in and I couldn't understand most of what he said.

I plan to listen again when the podcast is up and try to get a better understanding of what he was saying.

I don't want to keep pimpin another website so I won't post a link. I have discussed Dr Al's Internet Radio show before and the Mods or the powers that be don't seem to mind, probably because they like Dr Al but it just seems like bad manners on my part if I over do it.

It has tabs like the new IE. Click on the tab at the top of the page. They don't have many shows archived on the new site at this time. I think there are two episodes of the Dr Al show and it is also set up for an RSS feed, whatever that is.

I will send you a PM with Wade's email.
