25NL - Flopped TP in light 3bet pot
Villian was running at 37/27/1 over just 30 hands. I had been running at 20/17/4 and Cbetting 100% of flops and taking most of them down. No other history.
This is normally an easy fold for me because of his 1 AF, but I am tilted a bit and would like a reality check. Poker Stars, $0.10/$0.25 NL Hold'em Cash Game, 6 Players LeggoPoker.com - Hand History Converter CO: $26.60 BTN: $25.70 Hero (SB): $25 BB: $33.15 UTG: $33.35 MP: $25.30 Pre-Flop: J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] dealt to Hero (SB) 3 folds, BTN raises to $1, Hero raises to $3.50, BB folds, BTN calls $2.50 Flop: ($7.25) J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 Players) Hero bets $5, BTN raises to $11.75, Hero ? |

Re: 25NL - Flopped TP in light 3bet pot
A) Don't know the stats on the other players, but just off the bat, it looks like your table selection is pretty awful if you have to 3-bet KJo to turn a profit at 25NL.
B) This hand is impossible to answer without a significant history. Now that you got there, default is generally to fold. At 25NL, players are usually straightforward, The worst hand I see him doing this with is QJ, but it's way more likely he has QQ-AA,AJ,98, 77, TT. |

3bet is good, you got a good part of the villain's range beat. Flop hits villain's range hard, most likely pair and draw, Fold to reraise.
