I believe your sentiment occurs naturally when the following happens: Frustration, emotional turmoil, hours > +EV.

The way to remedy this is to do everything you can to increase the right side of the equation and reduce the left side.

I cant tell you how to do this, but recognize that your reaction is perfectly natural, and does not mean you suck at poker nor do you suck at life. In fact, you are very good at assessing your circumstances.

We've just released version 0.4 which now supports Crypto hands. Interface has been slightly upgraded too. requires simple email registration so we can keep in touch with our users

I've pretty much quit, too. The games have gotten tougher, and I find myself having more losing sessions than I used to. I find that I've become a much happier person since I quit playing. I think that part of it is that I'm getting enough sleep at night now (rather than staying up until 2 or 3AM playing poker before waking up at 7AM to go to work), plus I no longer have to go through the stress of losing sessions.

I'll eventually start playing again when I have more time to do so, but I was no longer enjoying the game so there was really no point in playing anymore.
