Default Separate Forums for Casino and Poker Bonuses

What does everyone think about having a separate forum for casino bonuses and for poker bonuses? These boards like someone said earlier have switched from like 80% poker 20% casino bonuses to like 70% casino 30% poker in the past month. I think it would make it easier for everyone to be able to view 2 separate forums for this subject.

Casino bonus forums are generally problematic, arent they? I always assumed this was why it wasn't this way here.

I'm not positive they're normally a problem, so feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.

If it happened, I'd be happy to see it, though.

This makes sense, in theory. But the casino forum at Bonuswhores turned into a cesspool. The basic idea there was that no one should ever post about a casino bonus.

I get a sense that some of these same ideas are starting to take hold here.

Bad idea. Who cares what the proportions are? This forum was never titled "Poker Bonuses." It's internet bonuses. It could be 99% casino and 1% poker and it would still fit the forum scope. Don't let this past month fool you either. It seems as though more people have posted about casino whoring and it sort of snowballed into more people becoming interested and then posting about it some more.

The fact of the matter is, good casino bonuses have been dying for quite a while now. A casino bonus forum would likely revisit the same questions over and over, because most casinos don't put out decent reloads and with new casinos, there is always the "trust issue." Further more, T&Cs have been changing to deter whoring. All in all, casino whoring, while still very profitable, is on the decline.

Poker bonuses are still flourishing, and we can expect to see that topic remain constant or grow.

Casino forums are never a good thing IMO and I think everyone here knows it's not because I believe in keeping information private to only the people who are in "the know".

The problem with casino forums is they will always be outdated, causing people to lose money when they follow outdated information. Sadly, they also give a central location for casino operators to view.

Iggy that makes very good sense. Private Casino Forums seem to be the only thing that works.

Thanks everyone for the input.
