yeah, but there is a very few x9s villain can have, Q9, T9 seem plausible, 69 and J9 not very likely and other nines unlikely. i would never worry about villain having a straight here (well, he does from time to time obv, but he has two pair or a set way more in a spot like this), i would only worry about being beat on the flop or the turn already (ie. Q9 or a set).

i think villain will call with nearly any Queen. i'm not really worried about the flush and just a little bit about the straight. most often if i'm beat he has flopped / turned / rivered a 2 pair i think.

He's never folding tp if he's playing every hand (ime), so I'd push and be prepared to lose some of the times.

I don't think he can call a push w/ a Q here. i honestly bet like 9 dollars or whatever amount I think a Q will call with.
