so i guess since torture is so widely used, truth serum or chem interrogation or whatever doesn't exist or isn't effective.

if it does exist/effective, the inevitable conclusion to be reached from this torture stuff is truly terrifying.

that's my point, isn't that from the 20's or something, used in the 50's or something? our big brother government doesn't have anything better than 1950's chemical interrogation tech?
