If the Asians will gamble with their money on a game that resembles a plinko machine, I think were all in trouble.

A lot of Asian are bad as gamble. I'm Asian myself and everytime I play poker with my Asian friend they really suck big time. They seem to call a lot of marginal hands and think top pair is the NUTs. Also I watch some hong kong movies people seems to go broke alot because of gamble. bring it on Asian poker boom I'll love it. Did some of you guys just get back from your clan meetings or something? These stereotypes are simple false.

More people playing online is great. That means more money and more game selection. It has nothing to do where the people are from.

If you seriously think Chinese are going to "eat" up all the fish.... who are you kidding. Only about 10% of poker players are long term winnings... there will always be plenty of fish.

stereotypes are simply are just euphamisms you can loosely associate with a pattern/behavior. i remember david grey or lederer (cant remember which) saying asians will be in action for 80% of their br on a given day. and i bet if you looked up per capita who risks the most itd be the asians. just look up horse racing over there
