instant pf shove, but as played easy call on flop, he is reraising preflop with a better king, and your bet looks like a CB and hes trying to steal most likely, with a 9 or a complete bluff

Shove pf and you played the flop fine.
FWIW if you are raising at these blinds you can get away with 2.5x instead of 3x to keep the pot more controlled. |
