i just had this exact thing happen.

i wasn't playing poker, but was suring teh internets, chatting aim, etc. and a small, blank internet explorer window opens titled 'monitor'. like OP, i don't use IE, i always use mozilla.

i run ad-aware about 2-3 times/week and nothing was picked up before, and nothing picked up after i saw this either

i changed a couple of passwords on some financial websites, only because i saw this thread and know that i'm not the only person who has gotten this suspicious pop up

anyone else have any information on this or know wtf this actually is?

OP - any results on original machine?
