Um, this is super easy: Break up w/ gf. You're clearly not into her.

You're also 21, this is still the age to have fun and figure out how broads work. I don't know how it is for women, but for guys it's largely about timing for settling down. Age 21 isn't usually a good time.

If you're bad at hiding things, or if the gf is a good cheater detector, you'll get caught and tons of drama will ensue. Not fun.
