CO at 40%, Button at 24%, Sb at 10%. You have good equity vs these ranges.

Really? I mean really?

My intuition tells me at least one of them has an ace and most likely someone has a pair too. The pot is monstrously big already so you need to hit and have it hold up to win. You have maybe five cards to hit. The pocket pairs will have little trouble working out they're in trouble if an ace falls so I am not a big fan of your implied odds. Your reverse implied odds are ugly to say the least. Your position is terrible.

I can see how very good players might turn a profit here but I don't see it as an easy call and wouldn't mind hearing other people's thoughts on how it's going to pan out.

Guy.

I was under the impression that AQs is hand that has generally plays well multiway and has good implied odds.

Implied odds in limit poker drop pretty dramatically when it's capped preflop.

I always thought big-card hands were reverse implied odds hands: if you're ahead preflop you're often not postflop but pay a few bets anyway; and if you hit the flop everyone else can see the big A or Q sitting there and can bail. Not a good implied-odds combination.

Of course suited hands are implied-odds hands but here we're only four way for a cap preflop so it's going to be tough to get many times your three bet (four less the blind) preflop investment back postflop when you make a flush.

I dunno. I suppose it's arguable but I seem to be the only one actually presenting anything resembling an argument so who can tell?

Guy.
