As soon as I saw it was about a weight loss drug, I knew it was going to involve anal leakage. Classic side effect.

I thought alli might be some trade name for a garlic product and expected to hear about smelly farts, not greasy sharts.

i found the most amusing part to be that the OP supposedly wears gym shorts which are shorter in length than his boxers
