<font color="#CC3333">UTG raises to $1.25</font>, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $3.75</font>, MP2 calls $3.75, <font color="#666666">4 folds</font>, BB calls $3.50, <font color="red"> UTG raises all-in to $9.81</font> , Hero?

Not the greatest thing in the world. A 3 bet is supposed to drive people out of the pot. Plus two of the them are short stacks. Shove or fold?

reraise preflop sucks.

Definitely get it in. However, if the coldcallers were decent players with 100bb stacks this would be a standard fold.

Given vilains stacks i shove it all day and pray for a Jack (i think you're facing AA / KK).

My reraise or UTG's? Would you normally just call here the first time around?

I think the common convention that if you are unsure on how to handle a 4-bet, it's better to just call preflop.
