your 3bet size is a little bit large but you are out of position so depending on your hand its not a bad idea so as to increase your chance of taking the pot down immediately. Also i like a bigger 3bet with 66-JJ for the reason above as well as if you flop your set the pot is set up to be that much bigger. I like a standard 3-3.5x 3bet with QQ+ and AK, so the pot is slightly smaller and your hand is likely best so you are happier to have villain call against that range.

i think the smaller flop bet is likely to encourage villain to continue with any semblance of a hand, so i think that bet size is dependent upon your holding at the time. i think i am more likely to make a bigger cbet (2/3-3/4) with air and overpairs, top pairs.
