Re: NL25 - Time to Fold Aces?
I think calling is awful here. Time to ship it all with a fistpump.

Re: NL25 - Time to Fold Aces?
I didn't say I'd fold -- I'd just think it's a sick spot for vbet bluffs and it LOOKS (uninentionally maybe) megastrong. I'd generally raise the turn because many people at 25nl are bad players but insofar as I'd THINK about folding AA on a nonridic board, this is as close as it would be.

Re: NL25 - Time to Fold Aces?
Alright...lots of good discussion, so I think I'll give the results.
I was 18-tabling at the time, and really went into the tank on this one. I rarely run into this kind of aggression at this level, so I usually take it pretty seriously. The only thing I could come up with was 66. I talked myself into folding, which is definitely against my instinct here. He was pissed off, and showed jacks...seemed convinced I would call (and was convinced I had aces). |

Re: NL25 - Time to Fold Aces?
Raise turn and the rest is gonna be easy you will see.
If he really has a set there is no way not to go broke in that spot. |
